On Friday 3 May, Craig was delighted to be involved with a Q&A with Aviva, taking place over Facebook and Twitter, the session was a huge success and Craig got to answer those questions which had been niggling away.
Craig built his career in the building and construction industry, and was thrilled to share his advice and knowledge with the public, knowing that if his advice was followed the problem could be fixed in a way which avoids a trip to A&E as well as being stung by rogue professionals.
