Hoards of celebs gathered this weekend at the Park Hotel in Liverpool for Craig Phillips' 40th birthday. The star studded event, which was attended by Craig's friends and family as well as showbiz professionals, music artists and television actors included live entertainment, candy buffets, and guest's very own Big Brother Diary Room.
Guests included Phillip Olivier, Dean Gaffney, Ryan James Thomas to name a few and around 50 Big Brother contestants including Nicki Grahame, Victor Belfort and Mikey Hughes were also in attendance. X Factor's Andy Abraham, performed a number of songs from his new album much to the delight of the dancing guests. Other acts included; X Factor's Laura White, Victoria Jones, Daytona Lights, The Driftars, Elsie, and Scott Wright and Band. In addition to the glamorous guests, the venue was decorated with topless male models and scantily clad girls from the Sugar Dollets manning the chocolate fountain and handing out champagne.
One of Craig's endorsement partners Ryobi provided his very imaginative cake; the power drill sponge was certainly a hit as guests clambered over each other to snap it with their camera phones, the selection of delicious canapés were equally as popular.
A conventional birthday card would have been far too traditional for this colourful event. Instead, guests were invited to take a seat in the Park Hotel's Big Brother Diary Room and deliver their personal birthday messages to Craig, as directed by the Diary Room's very own camera man. Considering that many messages were recorded in the early hours it's safe to say that video will make for some very interesting watching…
